Emergencies
If your pet needs emergency treatment during our opening hours (8-6pm Monday-Thursday, 8-5pm Friday, 9-1pm Saturday, 10-1pm Sunday), call us on 01463 572424.
Outside of our normal opening hours we offer our own out of hours emergency treatment and care. In a true emergency out with our opening hours your call will be transferred directly to a member of our staff.
Please note that this service is only for emergencies.
Please respect our out of hour emergency service, our vets and nurses work in the day as well as being on call. This service is for genuine emergencies only.
Be prepared for emergency situations by ensuring your pet is registered with us in advance and has appropriate pet insurance.
